From the moment we arrived it was clear that the place was a sanctuary of luxury and serenity. First and foremost, the resort itself is a masterpiece of modern design and impeccable taste. The fact that it is brand new is immediately evident in every corner you explore. The architecture blends contemporary aesthetics with natural beauty, creating an atmosphere that is both invigorating and soothing. But the beauty of this paradise isn't confined to the outdoors – the facilities are equally as stunning. "State of the art" is an understatement when describing the amenities available to guests. The staff's commitment to ensuring our comfort was truly remarkable. They consistently went above and beyond, anticipating and attending to every need we had with genuine warmth and professionalism. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing insightful local recommendations, or accommodating special requests, the staff's dedication was truly amazing. It's rare to encounter such a level of personalized service that made me feel truly special. The restaurant by the ocean is a breathtaking setting in itself. The variety and quality of the offerings were impressive. From the sumptuous pastries to the perfectly cooked eggs, every dish was crafted with care and attention to detail. If you come to Wyndham, prepare to be pampered, indulge in culinary excellence, and soak in the awe-inspiring beauty of the ocean while being attended to by a team that knows no bounds when it comes to ensuring your comfort and satisfaction. This is more than a getaway; it's an unforgettable journey into luxury, relaxation, and exceptional hospitality.

We stayed in both Da Nang and here in Hoi An. We ended up preferring this Wyndham in Hoi an thanks to the awesome grounds of this property. Beach is serene and private. Pools are nice, breakfast was very good. Room was very clean and modern. We had an issue initially where we booked a Ocean View room and they gave us a room that faced inland with a sliver of ocean if you squint (apparently reservation websites and the hotels aren’t on same page sometimes with what is considered ocean view) - the hotel was booked up but they did what they could and held onto our items till a proper gorgeous ocean view room opened up a few hours later. The manager and staff were very nice and helpful. Def recommend to stay here.

Wow, when we arrived at this resort, everything was brand-new! We received a free upgrade to a Deluxe room from the staff, thank you for their kindness. It's enormous and magnificent; I appreciate their generosity. My son claims he never wants to leave the pools since he is having so much fun there. They provide everything you need to start the day, and the breakfast is delicious. It also makes good coffee. The pool safety guard, Mr. Hoang, who kept my son safe while he was playing in the water, deserves a special mention.

The weather was bad when we visited, but Tu recommended a lot to do even if the weather is bad. We absolutely loved the old town of Hoi an and specially The Teh Dar cultural performance, breathtaking. Also Tu recommended the restaurant “Morning Glory” - and it was amazing. We would love to visit the hotel again soon:)
